And yet ANOTHER update...

Ok, so we pushed back our ultrasound because we are only going to pay for one and so... sorry to dissapoint all 2 of you who read this, but we will find out what the baby will be in early September! We figured that even if I conceived on April 22nd (which we think was the last day of my period) I would not be 20 weeks by the 19th, so we talked about it and decided it would be best to wait. The doctor wanted to order one so that we could find out where exactly I was at since I felt further along to her than we originally thought. I will keep the appointment on the 19th so that we can get first appointment stuff out of the way... I know, it is sad I am seeing the doctor at 3 months for the first time. Anyways, we REALLY like the CNA (Certified Nurse Practitioner) we are seeing and there are about 6 of them that you see on different visits, so I am glad that one of those will deliver the baby and you get to know all of them during the pregnancy. It is nice to have some variety and not be stuck with just one and it is comforting to know that you will know who will deliver the baby. I also LOVE that we will be able to choose an epidural or whatever works when the time comes- they have a jetted tub, a birthing ball, you can walk around, they really work with you and stay with you through the whole pregnancy and see what you individually need when you are ready to give birth. I am SO glad that you are able to have your own room as well. Shared bathroom, but your own room is a must, so we are REALLY happy about that! I am so blessed to have so many options here, and we took our time finding the right fit and I think it will be great! It is funny because Layna's nursery leader works as a nurse at the facility, Katie went there with all of her kids (found that out after we chose to go there), and the hospital is close to the Timpanogos Temple (how cool is that?!?)! We know that it is the right place to be and even better, our insurance has a $1000 deductible that we have to meet for the year and then it is paid for after that- we found out that we do not pay anything (except for the ultrasound) until the baby is born which is in January, so after that, the whole year is free for me! I know that Heavenly Father really looks out for our little family and I am so excited and happy to meet this precious little sweetheart! I am also grateful Jordan has a schedule that allows him to come to some of the appointments and we are able to spend more time together. I gotta say, life is pretty good as of now!
